alcoh\u00f3licas.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0091d2\"><strong>\u21d2 <\/strong><\/span>Evite el exceso de grasas, sobre todo las saturadas como la manteca, mantequilla y los gordos de carne.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0091d2\"><strong>\u21d2 <\/strong><\/span>Consuma diariamente 2 o 3 porciones de verduras, evitando la remolacha, zanahoria, ahuyama, coliflor, tomate, espinacas, champi\u00f1ones, acelgas, apio en<br \/>\nrama, calabaza, coles.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0091d2\"><strong>\u21d2 <\/strong><\/span>Consuma de 3 a 4 porciones de frutas al d\u00eda, evitando <\/strong><\/span>Utilice productos bajos en grasas o diet\u00e9ticos.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0091d2\"><strong>\u21d2 <\/strong><\/span>Puede utilizar edulcorante en peque\u00f1a cantidad.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0091d2\"><strong>\u21d2 <\/strong><\/span>Cuando practique ejercicio, consuma 15 o 20 minutos antes galletas de soda o tostadas para evitar ca\u00eddas bruscas de az\u00facar.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0091d2\"><strong>\u21d2 <\/strong><\/span>No se exceda en el consumo de l\u00edquidos, por orden m\u00e9dica solo le est\u00e1n permitidos menos de 1
